  One of my two favorite burger/meat joints in the area. Everything is fantastic. The restaurant is very clean and sleek looking. It is not very big so plan to wait if it's too cold or rainy to eat outside.
  
  Their burgers are outstanding with lots of choices including adding pork.
  
  One really unique item they have is bacon-chili aioli. As a guy who doesn't think too highly of mayo, this aioli is awesome! It's almost like a horse radish consistency (tastes nothing like horse radish though).
  
  Great beer selection as well which is becoming the norm at most restaurants.
  
  Highly recommend this place.

  The only reason I gave it four stars is because food is so subjective. That being said the food is, in my opinion, superlative and fits the intent of the owners. It's Southern style food but with fresh ingredients and a bit of a hipster flare- and I mean that in a good way. From the dark, intimate decor to the scratch-made sauces and sides (the fried green tomatoes are out of this world!) it's great. They have a selection of beers and wines from all over but it's still quite kid friendly. Did I mention the epic Sunday brunch? Yeah. Shrimp and grits, a peanut butter burger with pickled jalapenos and righteous sweet potato fries. Bacon Hill is worth a road trip!
